This includes account profile information (such as your name and email address) when registering, wallet balances, transaction records, and self-service order details processed through the Fresh Mobile App.

Your details are used strictly to manage your staff wallet balance, compile refreshment purchases, sync refreshment stocks in real-time, and ensure reliable office delivery. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your account information to outside marketing networks.
3. Data Security & Storage
All database connections, wallet balances, and auth sessions are encrypted and stored securely using premium Firebase cloud storage clusters. Access to user account records is restricted strictly to authorized business supervisors.
4. Secure Payments
Wallet top-up payments initiated via credit card are processed securely through Paystack. Fresh does not store or process your credit card numbers on our local databases.
